Home Remedies For UTI – 100% Effective Treatments You Need To Know!

Hey there, my name is Sally Hodges and welcome to my home remedies for UTI blog. I don’t typically get on a PC and definitely not to blog haha! However, I’ve picked up a few home remedies regarding handling infections and especially ones such as urinary tract infections as they’re actually pretty common and I myself have gone through the experience quite a few times. In this blog I covered quite a few practices I’ve made into a habit to keep myself clean and healthy and it’s worked thus far and wanted to share it with as many people as possible.

For starters, I’m a mother and married to my lovely husband in California. It wasn’t easy the first time experiencing UTI the first time when I was around 30 years old as I found it rather embarrassing. As I didn’t know what was going on at first, I was constantly waking up in the middle of the night running for the wash closet and thought nothing more of it until it began itching. On visiting a general practitioner, I was given antibiotics which pretty much cleared it up.

For awhile… Around 6 months later the same symptoms started coming back again and I wasn’t sure if there was an underlying problem. I was pretty terrified at the time as I didn’t know if I had contracted some fatal disease that was causing me to fall sick constantly. As I mentioned in the post below it isn’t easy dealing with urinary tract infection as it’s not visible and a lot of symptoms seem normal like diarrhea and fevers.

Not wanting to visit the same doctor again, I decided to get on the internet and do some researching. Typically as I didn’t know what to look for, I just randomly read anything I could get my hands on until I found a Dr. Scott Saunders who was at the time endorsing health related books. Lo and behold one of them had UTI listed as a disease that could be treated just from some simple home remedies for UTI. I was definitely skeptical of course as I’d done shopping online but wasn’t sure about purchasing medical information the same way until I saw that Dr.Scott Saunders was the real deal.

Although costing nearly 40 bucks, I’ve never regretted a cent of it. I can’t say for certain if I had taken antibiotics the second time around that I may never have gotten another infection but I can say for certain that I’ve never had to worry about it ever since I’ve made this purchase. What really sealed the deal for me was that there were so many testimonials and even video interviews of them and the results they’d gotten. If this had the slightest inkling of a chance of saving me from the embarrassment of another visit to the clinic I was all for it.

UTI Book Home Remedies For UTI 100% Effective Treatments You Need To Know!Among the information I’d put together from the book I got are several ways UTI can be contracted, symptoms to look out for as well as ways of treatment which were effective the day after I applied them. I’ve made a small list of them so it may give you a better idea of what to expect should you do what I did and take the leap of purchasing their product:-

  • Any obstruction to the flow of urine such as a kidney stone sets the stage for an infection. Otherwise, a common source of infection can be from catheters, tubes or anything placed in the bladder such as a person who is bedridden or unconscious for long periods of time.
  • People with diabetes are at a higher risk of UTI because of the suppressed immune system which then raises the risk to urinary infection as it makes bacteria has an easier time to settle in.
  • Relief from home remedies for UTI can be within hours and a full recovery can be anytime from then to within 12 hours.
  • Not having to depend on antibiotics, home remedies are perfectly natural which work on enhancing the human body’s ability to regenerate naturally. This not only relieves symptoms but prevents further infections in the future.
  • I hope that anyone out there who has gone through what I have manages to find what they’re looking for and experience the relief I had of settling the fear of UTI once and for all. Thanks for taking the time to read through my site.

UTI Remedies – How To Recognize The Symptoms

For more information on how easy it is to obtain UTI Remedies and to maintain a strong and healthy immune system, Click here.

In most cases, Urinary Tract Infections are caused by bacteria such as E.Coli, and in many occassions are hard to permanently cure without UTI remedies. The reason why I say this is because the typical prescribed medication from a medical practitioner is antibiotics but that often leaves the immune system weak upon completion of the full cycle of the tablets. Other than bacteria, urethritis can be a result from sexually transmitted diseases and are a type of UTI such as herpes simplex virus, gonorrhea and chlamydia.

In the United States alone there are 1 million cases per year. So how do you know if you could be at risk? If you’re a woman, the chances are higher than men simply due to the fact that women have a shorter urethra. If you’re suffering from a chronic illness like diabetes, a weaker immune system is also at risk. Children and pregnant women as well are susceptible due to a weaker immune system or one being suppressed. Of course, just like any infection, identifying it at the beginning and treating it is critical as the longer it’s left alone the more damage is done. Like any infection, if not given the proper attention, it can fester and cause permanent damage.

As with any physical ailment, symptoms vary from individual to individual. However, there are common symptoms which you should look out for. Most common among them would be an urgent need to urinate even though the bladder isn’t full. Upon urination, a burning sensation is a dead-sure way of knowing if you’re currently afflicted by a form of UTI. Otherwise, if the infection isn’t that far along, diarrhea, fever, nausea, lower back pain, blood in the urine, upper abdominal pains and chill spells are all symptoms.

Now you’re probably thinking if you have any of these symptoms that you should see a doctor immediately. Possibly as a second opinion you can’t go wrong there. But as a complete cure, there are studies that show up to 25% of urinary tract infections come back within a year. There are a few reasons for this happening. Like I’ve mentioned in previous posts, antibiotics reduce the swelling by killing off bacterias but works both ways. It’s actually a stab in the dark on your immune system as it does stop infections in it’s tracks but weakens the whole immune system soon after which means you’ll be at risk of UTI again. Personally, I’ve been using uti remedies which work ever since I’ve realized how much of a waste of time and expense it is just to pay a doctor for consultation and getting a prescription of antibiotics when I know exactly how effective it is.

Home Remedy For UTI – Healing Urinary Tract Infection Lightning Fast

There’re over 1 million cases of urinary tract infection in the United States alone, which is why I decided to help others by providing at least a home remedy for UTI which works. Many a time there are people who either go to a doctor when it only hurts terribly and this doesn’t help at all when all that’s prescribed is antibiotics. An infection, in seriousness causes friction under the skin and unseen which means although antibiotics can cure it temporarily, the risk of it reoccurring is high. Not to mention that antibiotics have an unfortunate side effect of weakening the immune system after the cycle is done. Of course a good home remedy would include the curing of the infection as well as preventing its return. However, in most UTI cases, remedies include changes to your diet and lifestyle.

The human body has incredible regenerative strength. But they need the resources to function properly and that’s where we intervene and give it everything it needs to do it. Here I’ll explain a few ways to bolster your immune system which not only prevents UTI but any sort of infection. Chances are pretty good you’ll probably be a lot stronger to common colds and fevers after you try a few of these out.

First off, like a well used engine, cleaning out the body’s toxins is top priority. Drink lots and lots of water. Yes this will mean more trips to the dreaded wash closet where you feel the burn if you currently have symptoms of UTI but every time you do so there’s less toxins coursing through your veins and you should be glad for it. Personally I drink a cup of water every hour throughout the day while awake but from what I’ve read the exact amount should be 16 ounces per 2 hours. Also, I went completely vegan at times eating only salads and fruits to optimize the healing effect of the liver not having to work extra hard processing meat and complex proteins. However, once again what I’d read was to simply have 5 to 7 servings of fruits and vegetables would do just fine.

Once that’s covered, you’ll feel fresher than ever. Now don’t push yourself with what I recommended above on turning vegan all of a sudden. Reward yourself occassionally so you don’t get frustrated over missing your favourite foods. Personally, I set my “Reward” time on the weekends where I eat out with my family so setting a schedule that works for you is always best. Don’t let someone on a blog dictate your lifestyle! Haha!

Now, your next sure best of strengthening your already fresh body is to boost your immune system. Simply put, pick up Vitamin C supplements. Vitamin C is ascorbic acid and taking 1000mg worth of Vitamin C at least 3 times a day provides your body with all the resources it needs to keep the body strong and does it quickly. A combination of Zinc supplements also adds up to keeping your immune system up. One note though is that vitamins and minerals don’t stay long in the system as any excess is expelled when unused. What this means that a daily dose of it is required.
